Service scope

The service provides hosted merchant catalogues, QR/link sharing, enquiries, account management and related tools. It is not a marketplace payment processor; enquiries and sales are fulfilled by individual merchants, not Webbanao.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must provide accurate business and product information, hold rights to uploaded photos and content, comply with applicable laws, and avoid prohibited, misleading, infringing or unlawful listings. Merchants are responsible for transactions, customer communication, product fulfilment and taxes relating to their sales.

Accounts and access

Keep login credentials private. We may restrict or suspend accounts for security, nonpayment, abuse or violations. Content may remain stored during subscription lapse subject to retention and deletion policies.

Subscriptions and payments

Current subscription prices and terms are displayed before selection. Offline/direct payment submissions require administrator verification; submitting a payment reference alone does not extend a subscription. Trial and grace periods depend on the assigned plan.

Promotional subscription offers and renewals

Webbanao may offer discounted subscription prices for a published, limited period. Each billing cycle may have its own regular price and temporary offer price, shown before payment. Offer availability is determined by the actual published offer validity period, which may be managed by Webbanao administrators.

When a promotional offer expires or is discontinued, the discount ceases to apply to new payments and renewals. The then-applicable regular price, displayed before the next payment, will apply unless a new valid offer is available. A subscription is not automatically renewed or charged solely because an offer expires; merchants can review the prevailing price before deciding to pay.

Changes to advertised prices are prospective: an existing verified payment and the already-paid subscription term are not retroactively repriced. Any change to pricing, trial duration or offer eligibility will be communicated through the current published pricing information. The actual payment amount and any subscription activation remain subject to Webbanao administrator verification under the payment policy.

Availability and liability

We aim to maintain a dependable service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses attributable to our service and does not cover independent merchant-customer transactions. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
